Registration Deadline and Late Fees
- Timely registration deadline: The August event deadline is August 7, 2026 or until sold out (80 seats available); The October event deadline is October 9, 2026 or until sold out.)
- Late registrants are not guaranteed space or event materials. Onsite registrations the day of the event will not be accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations received before August 7, 2026 (August event) and October 9, 2026 (October event): Refunds will be issued minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after the same dates as above.
Hotel Reservations
- Hotel accomodations and discounts are pending.
Group Discounts
- A 10% discount is available for companies registering three (3) or more employees at the same time.
- All registrations must be received by CADTP on the same day.
Policy on Advertising and Solicitation
