What does my registration include?
Your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks each conference day, conference materials, continuing education hours.
When does the Early Bird Discount end?
August 31, 2021 is the end of the Early Bird Discount.
Are there any other discounts available?
CADTP members, CADTP certified or registered counselors, and AOD students all receive a $50 discount at registration.
There is a 10% discount for companies that register three (3) or more employees at the same time (registrations must be received by CADTP on the same day).
Are conference rate hotel rooms available?
Registrants are responsible for making their own room reservations. Reserve your room no later than September 9/18/2021 to obtain the conference rate. Important Note: conference rate is available until the conference room block is sold out.

The conference room rate is $135.00 per night plus tax. Important Note: this rate is available to 9/18/2021 or until the conference room block is sold out.
If I am traveling with someone who is not attending the conference, can they join me for conference meals?
Registrants’ guests may arrange to attend breakfasts and/or luncheons. Please email email@example.com no later than October 1, 2021, to arrange for guest meals.
Is there a late registration fee?
Timely registrations must be postmarked no later than October 1, 2021. A $10 late charge must accompany all registrations postmarked after the due date, and those not registering in a timely fashion cannot be guaranteed space and/or materials. Written confirmation of registration and hotel directions will be sent to those who register in a timely manner.
Are refunds available if I am unable to attend?
There will be no refund of registration fees for cancellations received on/after October 2, 2021. Refunds will be made for cancellations received through October 2, 2021, less a $25 cancellation fee.
How do I receive CEUs for attending the conference?
To receive Continuing Education Units (CEU), attendees MUST sign the attendance sheet at EACH session attended to receive CEU credit. There will be no signing in after the session is over. You must stay for the entire session section and obtain session monitor stamp to receive CEU’s verification. No partial credit can be given.
The CADTP Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor (SUDCC) credential is accredited by NCCA/ICE and is recognized by DHCS. Those certified or registered under this credential are authorized to work in any substance use disorder (SUD) treatment modality certified or licensed by DHCS. Up to 12.5 CEU’S are available at this forum, up to 3 hours can apply to Clinical Supervision. More Information is available at www.cadtp.org.
What is the CADTP Association Reception and General Meeting?
The CADTP Board of Directors will host a welcome reception on October 19 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Refreshments will be served. CADTP Board members and committee chairs will provide association updates.
The reception and general meeting are no-cost, however, your attendance preference must be noted on the registration for planning purposes.
