Hybrid Position in the East Bay areas. Office based in San Leandro. Looking for supervisor to complete intakes and oversee small team of 2-4 counselors servicing Alameda and Contra Costa counties. We are a community-based agency who takes SUD services to clients with intelectual disabilities who also struggle with addiction. We are a CA State contracted agency under DDS not PPO/Medical.
Qualified persons with a bachelor’s degree or higher and registration/certification with one of the 3 certifying agencies (CCAP, CADTP, CAADE) are encouraged to apply. Experience in working with people with disabilities and knowledge of Regional Centers a plus. Must have valid drivers lic, transportation, and insurance to do in-home assessments/counseling. Hybrid positions entails in-home services and remote work for documentation. No heavy paperwork like medi-cal.
