Registration/Certification Registry
The CADTP Registry provides an up-to-date listing of all persons registered or certified with CADTP. Clients, employers, and state regulators can view the status and standing by typing the last name of the individual into the search box below. The CADTP Registry is updated daily.
CADTP ID: The credential number assigned to the individual by CADTP
Name: First and last name of person credentialed by CADTP.
Status: Registered or Certified
Credential Type: SUDCC and SUDRC level and type of registration or certification.
Reg/Cert Date: Date of registration or certification.
Expire Date: Current credential expiration date.
Disciplinary Action: None, Administrative Action Pending, Suspended, Revoked, DHCS Ineligible, Ineligible for Renewal.
